Cause-holiday campaign for a thriving subscription smoothie brand

Goals

kencko wanted to drives sales for Black Friday and Cyber Monday (2019) without the use of discounts. The campaign needed to leverage a value-add incentive that would resonate with kencko’s target audience without creating any additional friction to the checkout process.

Solution

A Shop-to-Givz Tuesday campaign that offered new customers up to $50 Givz Cash for each new kencko subscription. Upon completing their purchase, customers were rewarded Givz Cash with the option to support kencko’s spotlight charities or any charity of their choice.

Results

To help engage folks that may have missed the first appeal, the kencko team emailed their community to let them know there were only 5 days left on the campaign and that more than $1,000 had been donated to various causes around the country.

Leveraging their data report, they called attention to regions of the country that had strong participation and to the most popular types of charities.
