Through A/B testing with our clients, we’ve found Givz campaigns are more engaging than discounts at 25% the cost (on average).

Merchants are having success leveraging Givz campaigns in different ways. Many have found success replacing traditional discounts completely and others leverage Givz situationally on a monthly basis to reduce discount usage.

Givz campaigns will always cost less than a traditional discount of equal value. Since customers complete their donation post-checkout, naturally there is some drop-off that results in a donation rate that is < 100% where a discount is applied 100% of the time. Given the donation rate will always be < 100%, Givz merchants often experiment with donation rewards that are a little higher than what customers typically see.
